Marketing Specialist

LOCATION

INTRODUCTION

Collaborate with Sr. Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels. Work includes researching the market, analyzing trends to help define the organization’s marketing strategy, and providing advice to best reach the target market. Also responsible for the coordination of events such as trade shows or conferences, including the annual supplyFORCE National Meeting.

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
  • Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts.
  • Creating marketing materials for our website and other marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
  • Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
  • Ability to travel as necessary

Deliverables

Experience

  • Minimum two to three years’ experience in marketing
  • High level of creative thinking
  • Working knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools including CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), Google Analytics, and content management tools
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
